    • If you have already paid for the spring semester, you will receive a check for the amount you paid.
    • This prize covers the rent amount only.
    • Tenant winning First Prize will be ineligible for the Second Prize.
  2. 2 Second Prizes: $150
    • 1 winner from RJB Rental Co. and 1 winner from RTA Rentals.

RULES

  1. This is for the school year 2019/2020.
  2. The lease must be properly signed for both the fall and spring semesters.
  3. Security deposit must be paid.
  4. The fall semester rent must be paid in full by October 1, 2019.
  5. Any fees or charges must be paid by October 1, 2019.
  6. All eligible tenants will be entered in the drawing.
  7. Drawing will be held on November 1, 2019.
  8. No prize substitutions.
  9. Winners will be notified by email and on the website
